2.0 has been released. ALG is a standalone software package for running amtospheric RTMs (6S, MODTRAN). ARTMO: ARTMO essentials has been updated to v.3.26. A new leaf model has been added “PROSPECT-DyN”. Some bugs have been fixed and small improvements added, e.g. Adding of soil spectra for SAIL and INFORM. This version of MODTRAN is designed for use on a PC and incorporates a graphical user interface and comprehensive help files. You might like to begin by opening the manual (see figure below) and walking through Section 1.2 and example CaseM04.ltn. Section 1.2 is a brief tutorial on running MODTRAN and using its input windows.

MODO is a graphical front-end to the original Modtran radiative transfer code. It has been created to ease the modelling of the at-sensor radiance for hyperspectral sensors but also for generic radiometric simulation tasks.
